Victoria Model Railway Club March Break Open House March 18-31

Friday March 18th, and  running through to Thursday March 31st. Hours of operation are as follows: Wednesdays - 1pm to 6pm Thursdays and Fridays - 1pm to 7pm Saturdays - 1pm to 6pm Sundays - 1pm to 5pm Use the lower level mall entrance next to Saigon Restaurant. Proceed towards the escalators. We are located directly behind the escalators, beside  Northern Reflections. Members will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about our layout, as well as any model railroad questions in general. All are welcome to attend.

Join us for our Monthly meeting at the Charles Rummel Community Centre! Doors open at 10:30 am. Table sales and swap meet, lunch at noon, business at 12:30, followed by an auction. Door prizes and lots of toys. Fun for all!

Play Day & BBQ at Burnaby Central Railway

Join us for some 7.5" gauge ride on train fun, some Garden railway G scale and O scale trains. CTTA will serve up a simple lunch of BBQ Hamburgers, Hot dogs, chips and drinks.

Nanaimo Model Train Show

Located at the Beban Park Recreation Centre 2300 Bowen Road, Nanaimo BC - Main Hall Come explore a wide selection of model trains and model supplies in a wide range of scales. Operating layouts, static displays, sales tables and demonstrations of building techniques. All ages welcome and there are things for everyone to enjoy! Open-Air Swap Meet

Open-Air Swap Meet Friday June 17, 2022 12:00PM Noon to Dusk At the Burnaby Central Railway 120 North Willingdon Avenue, Burnaby, BC This Swap Meet is for all Model Railway gauges. Vendor tables will be $10.00 Parking is on the Streets or in one of the 2 Public Parking Lots adjacent the Station. Onsite loading/unloading is permitted, but space is limited. While the Concession Stand will not be open on this day the barbecue will be available as this event is being held in conjunction with a scheduled Play Day at the park. Vendors will also be Responsible for removal from the Site of all their own boxes, packaging, food stuffs and any unsold items at the end of the day.

Dates: 9th-10th July, 16th-17th July, 23rd-24th July, 2022 Time: Burnaby Central Railway opening hours From the CTTA: "The Canadian Toy Train Association is proud to be displaying our O Gauge Modular Layout for three consecutive weekends in July. We'll be inside rainbow Creek Station Saturday and Sunday. We'll be operating a wide variety of toy and scale model trains, featuring Classic Postwar Lionel to modern electronic O scale (1:48) marvels with Command Control. We'll also be running Standard Gauge and S Gauge trains. Children of all ages are welcome to run a Thomas Train from an elevated platform. We welcome train lovers of all ages to learn about our club and the trains we collect and operate, some over 100 years old and still going strong." Check us out at www.canadiantoytrains.com
