Exhibitors and vendors, reserve your space now! Exhibitors should specify on the reservation form the overall floor space they need, including stanchions if used. Tables for vendors are $35 for the first table, and $30 each for additional tables. Folding chairs and passes will be provided. Power is available at all locations, but please specify if you need it on the reservation form. We will attempt to honor requests for specific locations. Your space cannot be guaranteed until funds are received.

Friday evening there will be a complimentary pizza feed for show participants. Parking for other vehicles is free. There are many hotels/motels in nearby Bellingham.
